Medical Tourism Packages coordinates patient care across Latin America and the Caribbean, working with international insurers, assistance companies, hospitals, and directly with patients and families navigating treatment abroad.

We’re growing and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This is a hands‑on role with significant responsibility from day one. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director across sales, operations, provider relations, business development, patient coordination, contract administration, CRM management, and general business administration.

One day you may help establish a new hospital partnership in Panama. The next, coordinate a complex patient journey from initial enquiry through treatment and follow‑up. You may review a commercial agreement in the morning, improve operational processes in the afternoon, and speak with patients or international partners later that day.
