OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, workshop/service centre, fleet, and logistics.
- Plan operational schedules, job assignments, and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
- Coordinate with Admin and Finance on contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle operational enquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Supervise and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.
- Support digitalisation initiatives and operational system improvements.
- Manage service centre operations including technicians and service advisors.
- Monitor job cards, labour efficiency, and parts usage.
