Operations Executive

Job Purpose

The Operation Executive is responsible for all the operation activities of Vegoil physical and Paper Trades. The role includes the full execution of all aspects of contract execution and logistics in a fast-paced
environment, coordination with numerous functions and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of shipment and turnaround of documents.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end cargo operations, including vessel nomination, documentinstructions, loading and unloading arrangements, inspections, insurance, follow up on payments, negotiation of letters of credits and laytime finalization.
• Manage day to day logistics: liaising with ship-owners, agent and follow up on shipping matters.
• Ensure that applicable and adequate financial security of payment is in place and compliant with contractual terms (Prepayment, Letter of credit, CAD through bank…)
