Responsibilities
- i. Oversee and supervise a collective team of stewards and cleaners
- ii. Support and follow up on clients' requests
- iii. Responsible and accountable for effectively managing day-to-day operations and client sites
- iv. Manage and review cleaning procedures
- v. Plan and schedule training for cleaning personnel in accordance with PWM requirement
- vi. Conduct checks and safety risk assessment of the assignments
- vii. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP
- viii. Conduct interview for potential candidates for existing or new project sites
