Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the post‑funding operations of tokenized real estate assets on the Mint platform. This role is key to ensuring smooth management of properties, optimizing rental income, and delivering a best‑in‑class experience for both tenants and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all post‑funding property operations including tenant onboarding, rent collection, maintenance, and property handovers.
• Liaise with third‑party property management firms to ensure seamless day‑to‑day management of assets.
• Monitor property performance, including occupancy, rental income, and maintenance standards, and provide regular reporting to internal teams and investors.
