Job Description: Operations Executive
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal product/tech teams.
- Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination with clients, ensuring successful adoption of product features.
- Assist in setting up client accounts, integrations, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Coordinate and track WebEngage campaigns, client automations, or CRM workflows.
- Perform QA for live flows (leads, referral journeys, deal redemptions, etc.)
