- Keeping track of Deliverables/Compliances for the clients
- Follow up via email/WhatsApp for updates.
- Taking Feedback from clients.
- Solving Client Issues.
- Updating accurate information in the database.
- Making MIS Reporting.
- Updating and Tracking other Administrative Tasks
- Any other Ad hoc activity as assigned
