Operations Executive (Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of our Project Management (PM) business. Sitting at the heart of the project delivery cycle, you will take ownership of the financial administration for a diverse portfolio of projects - raising invoices to securing payments - while actively supporting project documentation and tender proposals.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-End Billing & Invoicing: Manage the complete billing cycle for assigned projects (both upstream and downstream invoicing) in strict alignment with monthly deadlines. You will act as the commercial gatekeeper, understanding the specific financial terms of each project to ensure 100% billing accuracy.
