We’re looking for a hands‑on, energetic Operations Executive to join our exhibitions & events team. If you enjoy being on‑site, coordinating people, and seeing ideas turn into real‑life setups, this role is for you.

This is not a desk‑only job — you’ll be on the ground at exhibition halls and event venues, making things happen from setup to teardown.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support exhibitions, events, and spatial projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate deliveries, installation, move‑in, event days, and dismantling works.
• Work closely with suppliers, contractors, installers, and internal teams.
• Be on‑site to supervise progress, solve issues, and keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure workmanship quality, safety, and timelines are met.
• Assist with BOQs, quotations, and basic procurement support.
