- Recruit and deployworkers/ supervisors for existing and new sites
- Effective instruction and management ofmanpoweron siteto ensure delivery of daily operations
- Plan and schedulerostersbased onavailablemanpower
- Take charge and resolve operational ground issues when the needs arise
- Handle clients’ complaints and attend to emergency calls
- Fulfil clients’expectationsand requirements and ensure good customer relations
- Coaching and guiding direct reports on work-related issues
