Operations Executive Action Officer

**Description:** We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Action Officer to support the Vice President of Skunk Works ADP Production Operations. As the primary liaison for executive-level reviews and key performance metrics, you’ll ensure seamless communication, coordination, and project management across the ADP build teams, contributing to the overall mission of excellence in production operations.
What You Will Be Doing
• Business Rhythm Management: Lead and continuously improve the build team business rhythm in line with the Focused Leader Engagement Management Operating System.
• Performance Metrics Reporting: Collect, prepare, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Quality, FOD, Cost, and Schedule; provide analysis and feedback to senior leadership.
