Operations director

The Director, Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of plant operations, including manufacturing, materials, quality, and continuous improvement. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving productivity, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the facility. The position leads cross‑functional teams, establishes operational strategy, and ensures alignment with company goals and performance targets.

Key Accountabilities include:
