DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound pet parent enquiries across phone, email, chat and other supported channels
Provide accurate advice and solutions regarding Mars Petcare products and services
Manage enquiries ranging from general product questions to sensitive or escalated complaints
