Summary: The Operations Coordinator provides operational, planning, and analytical support to department maintenance and operations functions. This position coordinates maintenance planning, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of campus facilities and assets. This role works closely with unit leadership, staff, and external contractors to develop job plans, reduce work backlogs, and support preventive and corrective maintenance programs. This position contributes subject matter expertise in maintenance planning, asset management, and work management systems to improve asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall facility performance.
