o As our Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for

: Facility & Site Managemen

t Ensure the Pretoria branch premises are well-maintained, clean, and safe at all times . Execute and submit the weekly facility checklist . Oversee housekeeping of changerooms, skip areas, and common areas

. Attendance & Crew Coordinatio

n Manage the clocking system and track daily attendance . Follow up on absenteeism and conduct return-to-work interviews . Ensure crews are loaded, briefed, and dispatched on time for shift kickoff . Coordinate Commercial & Industrial (C&I) installation crews
