Key Responsibilities Service Job Coordination
- Plan and schedule service engineers for onboard and workshop jobs
- Track job progress, attendance, and completion status
- Liaise with customers, superintendents, and internal teams on job updates
- Prepare job folders, service checklists, and required documentation
- Monitor service reports submission and filing
- Coordinate spare parts preparation for service jobs
- Work with warehouse to ensure parts availability and timely delivery
- Track parts usage and update job records
- Arrange logistics for tools, equipment, and urgent shipments
