Operations Coordinator - Dubai

Position based in Watches & Fine Jewelry Boutique in Mall of Emirates, Dubai.

As the Watches & Fine Jewelry Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the boutique stock management and logistics - inventory control, shipment coordination, reporting, and quality control - while also handling administrative tasks - permits, scheduling and supplier coordination - ensuring efficient operations in line with CHANEL's standards and procedures.

• Internally: Sales Assistants, Fashion Operations Manager, WFJ Business Development, Administration and Operation.
• Externally: WFJ Boutiques in UAE, suppliers and vendors.

• Manage the stock flow within the boutique (deliveries, transfers, special orders, stock rebalancing, reserved products).
• Coordinate WFJ logistics with Brinks, including high-value shipments and validation.
