Summary About the position: This position is located at the La Bella Vista Club (Area F). This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. This position has a scheduled tour of duty that will require evening, weekend, and holiday work hours. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the facility. Maintains various suspense files, regulations, directives, inventory control files and posting changes as required. Assists in compiling correspondences, reports, forms, and other related material. Prepares various reports and other statistical and financial data pertaining to the activity. Provides information regarding operations to the manager. Answers telephone, receives visitors, provides requested information, pick up and distribute office mail and correspondence. Performs cash management and accountability duties.
