Vacancy Description
As CargoX scales its autonomous delivery fleet across the UAE, we’re looking for Operations Centre Controllers to support the command centre behind our live delivery operations. You will monitor fleet activity, coordinate dispatch, log incidents, support field teams, and help ensure deliveries continue smoothly across active zones.
This is a hands‑on, shift-based operations role for someone who can stay calm under pressure, follow process, and respond quickly when operational exceptions arise.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor CargoX’s autonomous delivery fleet and live delivery activity from the Operations Centre
- Provide 24/7 operational coverage as part of a shift‑based team
- Coordinate dispatch activity and support delivery continuity across active zones
