We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented team member to support the company’s day‑to‑day operations across finance, administration, recruitment, and executive coordination. This role ensures internal processes run smoothly, records are properly maintained, office needs are managed, and key team members receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and appointment setting.
- Review, prepare, and generate documents such as meeting minutes, contracts, reports, presentations, letters, and internal memos.
- Assist with HR tasks: recruitment coordination, payroll support, employee records, and staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Support operational tasks such as research, supplier coordination, procurement support, inventory tracking, and event planning.
