Who you are

You're an operator, not a paralegal. You'll work alongside our senior lawyers and our AI agents to execute legal matters end-to-end, pushing each one through at a pace a traditional firm can't match. The senior lawyer sets the standard. The AI does the heavy lifting on drafting, extraction and analysis. You're the operator who makes sure every matter lands on time, in the right shape, with fewer revisions needed each week.

You do not need a law degree. We're deliberately hiring outside the traditional legal profile - for this role, a law degree is not required and not preferred.

The senior lawyer's playbook is the source of truth. Your job is to follow it precisely, push the work through the system, and improve your own numbers - throughput, accuracy, revisions required - week on week.
