As our **Operations Associate, Coverage Detection** , you help resolve open healthcare claims by verifying insurance coverage and eligibility for patients with commercial or government health insurance plans. Every day you will review open claims and research insurance coverage. To thrive in this role, you should be motivated to meet production quotas and have strong attention to detail. Prior experience in healthcare administration will be useful but is not required.
