Position: Operations Assistant
Job Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support & Data Management- Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, and records.
- Organise files and data.
- Maintain databases and ensure information accuracy.
- Coordinate between different departments (operations, merchandising, shipping).
- Follow up with teams on pending tasks.
- Handling and responding to buyer queries and email communications.
- Send price inquiries and order sheets to the team, and maintain records of inquiry data and pricing.
- Assist in tracking orders, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team and update tracking sheets (production status, shipment status, order status, etc.).
