Operations Assistant

JOB PURPOSE: To monitor daily inbound and outbound operations progress, expedite urgent order processing, and resolve recurring operational issues to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfilment. To maintain accurate operational tracking and reporting to support management decision-making and continuous process improvement. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Monitor and track daily inbound and outbound operational progress to ensure targets and service level agreements are met. Expedite and coordinate urgent inbound and/or outbound order processing to prevent delays and meet customer delivery commitments. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve repetitive order issues or system discrepancies to ensure smooth transition to subsequent operational processes. Utilise warehouse management systems and reporting tools to maintain accurate operational records, update order statuses, and track inventory movement.
