As an Operations Assistant, you will play an important part in maintaining the quality and flow of operational work across administrative, bookkeeping, and reporting tasks. You will help ensure information is accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting internal workflows and contributing to the smooth delivery of services for client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company software.
  • Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Update records and organize information.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks.
