Job Description
Lead and supervise O&M Engineers, Technicians, and Subcontractors.
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Monitor plant performance through SCADA and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Investigate equipment failures, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inverter and genset troubleshooting, as well as electrical diagnostics.
Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements to enhance plant performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for C&I rooftop solar projects.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
