Work Setup

Due to the nature of the events industry, it has operations on weekends. To support

work-life balance, the company provides weekday rest days and two Sundays off per month.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Logistics Coordination

Plan daily delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules while maximizing

vehicle and manpower utilization.

Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Drivers, and On-Call Teams to ensure

smooth execution of daily operations.

Monitor schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly.

Vehicle Management

Monitor vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), repairs, cleanliness,

and overall roadworthiness.

 Coordinate vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, inspections, and insurance

claims.
