The Operations and Finance Manager will:
+ Provide administrative support to the Chair and Program Directors
+ Advise Chair, Program Directors and others with respect to university programs/policies
+ Assist the Chair with problem solving
+ Identify practical ways to improve efficiency
+ Oversee financial accounts and assist with budgeting and other financial matters
+ Attend meetings with Chair and Assistant and Associate Deans as needed
+ Assist Chair with tracking and estimating revenues and expenses
+ Prepare budget monthly/compile data from Business Intelligence platform as needed
+ Meet with Chair to go over budget as needed
