Operations and Facilities Manager

To oversee the day-to-day facilities, operations and environmental management of the preschool.

• Responsible to the Vice Principal (Operations, Partnerships and Programme) (in consultation with the Principal) for the overall management of facilities, environmental sanitation, maintenance, and operational support in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
• Develop, review and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance and service quality across the school.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA, SCDF, BCA, NEA, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Maintain facilities, maintenance and compliance records, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date and readily available for licensing, regulatory inspections and internal audits.
