We are seeking a detail-oriented New Account Operations Associate to support the onboarding of new clients and financial professionals. This role is responsible for assisting with the new account opening process, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn operational processes within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Develop a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure all new account openings are completed accurately and in compliance with established guidelines.
