Operations Administrator Job Scope
The Service contract & Operations Administrator ensures the seamless execution of DG Energy's service contracts, lifecycle invoicing, and procurement operations. This role acts as a bridge between our engineering team, external customers, and internal finance to guarantee timely billing, proactive contract renewals, organized project documentation, and efficient parts procurement.
Key Responsibilities 1. Invoicing & Revenue Tracking (Service Contracts & Additional Services)- Pre-Service Coordination: Issue reminders to DG Energy engineers 15 days prior to scheduled servicing dates.
- Service Report (SR) Management: Track and follow up on customer endorsements for SRs following service delivery.
- Invoice Request Execution: submit invoice issuance requests to Finance, with relevant Purchase Orders (POs) and endorsed SR.
