Role: Operational Technology Analyst

Location: Manchester or Liverpool, United Kingdom

Hybrid Working – 2 to 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• IT and OT Operations Management: Oversee the daily management of IT components within the OT environment, including hardware and software support, network operations, and server administration.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously refine OT policies, procedures, and best practices that align with organizational goals and industry standards. Coordinate with IT and Security teams to ensure alignment where possible and differentiation where required.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with OT and IT colleagues, factory maintenance technicians, production operators, and supervisors to ensure full compliance with established processes and to build IT-centric OT solutions.
