Position Overview

This position is located in the Business Solutions Implementation team in the Systems Operations & Analytics group. The ‘Technology’ team of Business Solutions is responsible for supporting the bigger Global Procurement, Third Party Management, and Shared Services (GPTPMS) organization in a business analyst type of position playing a critical role in designing, implementing and supporting the key systems and technological roadmaps. The whole team serves as an intermediary between our GPTPMS customers and the IT administrative teams.

This specific role on the team will focus on direct customer interactions, primarily answering user questions, doing problem solving, and investigating issues through resolution.
