Operational Specialist

This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day life insurance operations with a strong focus on new business processing, policy servicing, underwriting coordination, and advisor support. The role requires strong product knowledge, operational oversight, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive process efficiencies within the team while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will work closely with advisors, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, servicing, and timely resolution of operational matters.
