As an ORM Senior Analyst supporting the Business Supervisory Office (BSO), you will provide support in overseeing the Operational Risk Management Framework and proactively manage a range of operational risks inherent to the business including non-financial risks, conduct and control matters and regulatory developments relevant to the U.S. Private Banking business.Perform quality assurance reviews of Operational Risk (OR) forms submitted by 1LoD, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards; assess incidents to determine applicability for Event Management (EMAPP) reporting and drive appropriate escalation where required.Maintain and oversee the centralized Operational Risk incident tracker, ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and timely follow-up of risk events and remediation actions, while developing high-quality management information (MI), including event analysis and presentations for Risk Foru...
