Operational Performance & Development Specialist (6 months contractual)

CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members. CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

Reporting to the Managing Director and functionally to the Quality Process and Development Manager, the individual will support Quality and Operational Excellence in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Head Office to align practices and standards across the organisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Drive the implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives and frameworks.
