Operational Excellence Project Manager

Position Summary

The Operational Excellence Project Manager (Engineering dept) will provide support in the Moncton leadership team in both project engineering and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, displays complex problem solving and decision‑making abilities, has excellent organizational and communication skills and can function well both in an autonomous and team environment. The successful candidate possesses strong technical skills in project management, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, as well as interpersonal skills working with cross‑functional teams to improve results.
