About the Role
We are hiring a senior Operational Excellence Leader to ensure that drilling, completion, and well construction activities are executed under the highest standards of safety, integrity, efficiency, and technical excellence.
This role is responsible for defining operational standards, auditing execution, and optimizing performance across drilling campaigns and well delivery processes.
You will work closely with drilling, geology, reservoir, and operations teams to ensure wells are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with best industry practices.
