As a key team member, you will manage the Authorized Service Network, focusing on performance monitoring and quality control initiatives. Your ability to analyze data and collaborate with internal teams will be essential for implementing improvements. Strong leadership skills and bilingual communication are required for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report on service performance data
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of Authorized Service Centers
• Collaborate with quality teams to improve defect reporting
• Facilitate effective communication of technical updates
• Manage projects that enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is highly desirable
• At least 4 years in field service or operations management
