As an Operational Excellence Lead, you will be a key driver of business transformation within a high-impact, globally connected team. At the core of this role is the opportunity to design and shape new operating models for the Credit line of business — reimagining how this value chain functions end-to-end and how it can be improved to improve productivity, risk selection and time to market.

This role places you at the heart of evolving underwriting operating models, enabling the organisation to operate smarter, faster, and more effectively. You will lead strategic change initiatives, challenge the status quo, and work collaboratively across Functions and Platforms to design fit-for-purpose operating models that balance specific market needs with global consistency.
