Operational Excellence Engineer

The Operational Excellence Engineer is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, reducing waste, and optimizing business processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. This role works cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
