Pfizer Global Supply’s Manufacturing Excellence initiative offers a 15‑month training programme designed for aspiring biopharmaceutical manufacturing executives. Participants will gain hands‑on experience in Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma at the Tuas API site.

Target candidates: Mid‑career professionals (graduated at least two years before application), with no prior biopharmaceutical experience needed.
