Role Description

As part of our UK strategy and purpose, we are recruiting Operational Data Improvement Managers to join the Claims Insight & Performance team. This is an exciting time to shape and embed data science and analytics capabilities across Claims, helping us deliver sustained, trusted, and measurable operational value. 

You will play a key role in ensuring data science models and robotics processes are effectively applied within our Claims operations-translating business needs into analytical use cases and ensuring models are understood, adopted, and embedded into everyday decision-making.
