Operation Support Officer

Looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Support Assistant to support the daily operations and maintenance of a school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arm and disarm the school's security alarm system.
• Perform after-school closing duties, including securing school premises and ensuring classrooms are locked with lights, fans, and air-conditioning switched off.
• Conduct routine inspections and report building, electrical, and mechanical defects.
• Assist with basic maintenance, minor repairs, and logistics support for school events.
• Escort contractors during maintenance and inspection works.
• Support building maintenance, mosquito prevention measures, stock monitoring, and general operational duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned rooms and common areas.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
