• Provide direction and lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Familiarize with Chinese Restaurant models, policies, standard operating procedures and processes.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising food & beverage and kitchen staff.
