Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for an Operations Manager (Fast food), overseeing restaurants in the UAE. Own day-to-day standards, general manager development, local sales growth, cost control and compliance. Floor-focused (60–70% time in restaurants). This is an operational-excellence role focused on store-leader development rather than a strategic director position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure consistent operations across UAE restaurant units.
