Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Center Operations management providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases.
- Experience in managing technicians performing mechanic / electronic works.
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in the logistics field.
- Good working knowledge of the following operations areas
- Domestic distribution, reverse logistics, data center value added services, operational engineering and leveraging on various IT tools to manage the tasks.
- Lead and manage the data center operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.
- Monitor and analyze P&L of the operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue.
