Operation Manager (Data Center)

Lead and manage the data center operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards Monitor and analyze P&L of the operations, establish business controls and provide solutions to reduce cost and increase revenue. Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department's future needs and operations counsels employees on performance Coordinate and oversee maintenance, support activities including managing personnel related to the technical part of the business which includes basic mechanical and technical repairs installing, troubleshooting, maintaining servers, networking equipment and cabling.
