Operation Executive

The Operations Executive role offers the opportunity to support back‑office operations within a hedge fund environment. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who is looking to build experience across trade reconciliation, portfolio updates, NAV reporting, FX hedge support, and administrative operations.

• Perform trade position and P&L reconciliation
• Update portfolio positions and IPO allocations
• Prepare NAV reports and generate estimated NAV
• Conduct checks on stock borrow positions, large shareholdings, and short positions
• Support FX hedge rollovers and adjustments
• Prepare and process expense claims
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Director and handle general administrative duties
