Key Responsibilities
- Enforce SOPs within the warehouse/delivery fleet and assist the Ops Manager with daily tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during transit, resolving delivery issues and communicating delays to the customer service team
- Allocate vehicles and drivers based on order volume, segregating B2B routes (bulk, scheduled) from B2C routes (high volume, last-mile)
- Plan and execute goods picking/delivery route on a daily basis according to operational needs.
- Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure; capable of handling last-minute logistical crises (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, staff shortages, sudden order spikes
